This Privacy Policy applies to J.R. Health and Safety Consultancy LTD and the operated service, website www.jrhealthandsafetyshop.com and its subdomains (“Sites”). J.R. If you choose to hire a product from us, we or our third-party IT and payment processors to store your payment information. We also collect data through our partner sites, who subsequently enquire about a hire. When you contact us via our website or purchase from our shop or if you visit such websites or mobile applications, we may receive certain information about you as described below. We will only send promotional emails if you explicitly provide us with consent to do so, usually at the point of an enquiry. If you have opted in to these emails, you may opt out of them at any point either verbally or in writing to jram@jrhealthandsafetyltd.co.uk; We may send emails regarding the services or products you purchase from us to enable us to effectively carry out that service or delivery of product.

 (b) Cookies And Tracking Technologies: Technologies such as: cookies, tags and scripts are used by J.R.  - session_id, unique token, sessional. This allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page etc)

 - shopify_visit, no data held, persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, used by pour provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits.

 - shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day. This counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.

 - cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks. Stores information about the contents of your cart.

 - secure_session_id, unique token, sessional

 - storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite. If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.

 (c) Log File Information: Log file information is automatically reported by your browser or mobile application each time you visit the J.R. Health and Safety Consultancy LTD website. These server logs may include information such as your operating system, browser type, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed and other such information. We do not link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information.

Health and Safety Consultancy LTD cannot take responsibility for this information as it is handled on the Shopify servers. Your payment will be encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as it is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. Once the transaction is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standard set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standard Council, which is a joint effort of the major card providers.
